Whilst we want you to enjoy your Spot on Savings as much as possible, certain terms and conditions apply to their use. Please familiarise yourself with our Conditions of Use.
- Conditions may vary from offer to offer particularly in relation to what days and times an offer can be used and how many people can use an offer
- No offers are valid on Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter Day and Valentine's Day. Even if an offer states "valid anytime" all the above days are excluded
- For offers that state "2 for 1" or “Buy One, Get One Free” the merchant will deduct the lower value item from your bill up to the maximum amount stated on the offer
- A valid live offer redeemed image should be presented at the same time you request your bill
- Restaurant offers not valid on any special menus such as Festive Menu, 2 or 3 course set price menus or any other special menus. Restaurant offers are only valid on menu items individually priced, unless agreed with the waiter before you order
- No offer can be used in conjunction with any other offer from any other publication or advertised in or on any other media
- When dining in groups of more than 2, unless otherwise stated on a offer, the maximum number of offers that can be redeemed per booking or per visit is 2
- In restaurants, offers are not applicable when guests request separate bills
- Spot on Savings has a legal agreement with every merchant advertising on our website and app. Spot on Savings is not liable for the failure of any business to honour its offers, although every effort will be made by Spot On to rectify any problems directly with the merchant
- Our legal agreement with each merchant is with the owners of the establishment. If a business changes ownership, we will encourage the new owners to honour the offers but we cannot guarantee it
- Spot on Savings assumes no responsibility for any accidents, illness, strikes, or any other event beyond our control that make affect your use of an offer
- Spot on Savings will not be liable for any printing errors or omissions online or on the app
- Spot on Savings will offer a full refund of the cost of your app for a period of 10 days after you have bought it so long as the card is returned in perfect condition
